Abstract

Proses transaksi jual beli merupakan kegiatan operasional pada suatu organisasi yang membutuhkan sistem di dalamnya. Sistem saat ini masih memiliki kekurangan seperti sistem pembayaran yang belum mengutamakan cashless payment dan pencatatan stok yang masih belum maksimal. Pembayaran dengan menggunakan cara tradisional dinilai berisiko dan pencatatan stok yang memerlukan pencatatan stok setiap harinya. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan metodologi Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan metode prototyping. Pemodelan sistem dengan menggunakan UML 2.0 dengan menggunakan beberapa diagram seperti usecase diagram, class diagram dan activity diagram. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP: Hypertext preprocessor dan XAMPP sebagai server localhost. Hasil akhir dari penelitian adalah sebuah sistem penunjang kegiatan operasional berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi konsumen dan administrator. Sistem yang dibangun diharapkan dapat membantu pemilik coffee shop untuk memonitor perkembangan penjualan. Selain itu aplikasi ini memiliki keunggulan pada sistem cashless payment yaitu melakukan pembayaran tanpa uang cash, dengan menggunakan kartu RFID yang dapat menjadi identitas konsumen dan kelebihan lainnya adalah adanya pengaturan stok yang terintegrasi dengan transaksi sehingga setiap transaksi yang terjadi akan mempengaruhi jumlah stok yang tersedia, selain itu adanya halaman daftar promosi dapat membantu konsumen mengetahui produk apa saja yang sedang promosi. / The process of purchasing and selling in the organization operational activities requires system inside it . The existing system still has so many drawbacks such as payment systems that have not been put cashless payment, and stocks were still not recorded optimally. Payment using traditional method has the risks and the inventory records is considered less effective because of the need for do the stock opname everyday. The system development methodology for this application is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with prototyping methods. The system modelling for this application is using UML 2.0 (Unified Modeling Language) such as usecase diagram, class diagram and activity diagram. For the development language is using the programming language PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor and XAMPP as server localhost. The end result is an operational support system activities that is integrated with customer applications and administrators. Systems can assist coffee shop owner to monitor the turnover of the sales. Moreover, this application has the advantage of cashless payment which enables customers to pay without cash. RFID cards can be used for customer identity and the other advantage is their stock is integrated with the transaction so that each transaction will affect the amount of stock, in addition to that their promotion page list can help consumers know what products are currently being promoted.
