This research is motivated by the lack of ability of teachers in using Information and Communication Technology, creating learning media and communicating. The research objective is to analyze differences in the ability to use Information and Communication Technology, create learning media, and communicate before and after the group work training method. The type of research uses a quantitative approach with a poor experimental design: The One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects are 12 teachers at SDN Kebon Baru 07 Jakarta. There is a difference in the average pretest and posttest scores of the ability to use Information and Communication Technology that is the pretest of 41.7 and posttest of 77.4. There is a difference in the average pretest and posttest scores of the ability to create learning media that is the pretest of 54.2 and posttest of 84.2. There is a difference in the average pretest and posttest scores of the ability to communicate that is the pretest of 60.4 and posttest of 82.8. The conclusion of the study shows that there are differences in the ability to use Information and Communication Technology, create learning media, and communicate before and after the group work training method./Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, membuat media pembelajaran, dan berkomunikasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis perbedaan kemampuan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, membuat media pembelajaran, dan berkomunikasi sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan metode kerja kelompok. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimental lemah: The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian adalah 12 guru di SDN Kebon Baru 07 Jakarta. Terjadi perbedaan rata-rata nilai pretest dan posttest kemampuan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, yaitu pretest sebesar 41,7 dan posttest sebesar 77,4. Terjadi perbedaan rata-rata pretest dan posttest kemampuan membuat media pembelajaran, yaitu pretest sebesar 54,2 dan posttest sebesar 84,2. Terjadi perbedaan rata-rata pretest dan posttest kemampuan berkomunikasi, yaitu pretest sebesar 60,4 dan posttest sebesar 82,8. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan kemampuan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, membuat media pembelajaran, dan berkomunikasi sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan metode kerja kelompok.
