Abstract

CV Sinar Mulia Sejahtera adalah perusahaan manufaktur variasi mobil yang berlokasi di Malang, Jawa Timur dan didirikan oleh Bapak Tan Tiono pada tahun 1990. Seiring berkembangnya industri otomotif, CV Sinar Mulia Sejahtera juga mengalami perkembangan dalam permintaan produk. Akan tetapi, sistem perencanaan produksi perusahaan belum memiliki sistem yang jelas dan belum pernah dikaji berdasarkan penggunaan kapasitas tingkat produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan perencanaan agregat produksi guna membantu perusahaan dalam merencanakan strategi produksi dan disagregat dalam kurun waktu satu kuartal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara kepada pemilik perusahaan untuk data umum dan melakukan ekstraksi data khusus seperti tingkat permintaan, jadwal dan biaya pekerja, biaya overhead perusahaan, tingkat inventaris, dan data lainnya yang berkaitan dengan kapasitas produksi. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode peramalan untuk tingkat permintaan, selanjutnya diambil peramalan yang memiliki MSD terkecil, kemudian data tersebut diolah dengan metode Integrated Aggregate Production Planning yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap, yaitu penentuan parameter, batasan dari setiap faktor, variabel penentu, dan hasil biaya perencanaan agregat setiap bulan. Setelah dilakukan pengolahan data, didapatkan variabel penentu yang berisi keterangan seperti transfer pekerja, jam lembur, tingkat inventaris, jumlah rekrut dan pelepasan pekerja, dan tingkat produksi pekerja yang dapat digunakan sebagai informasi untuk pengaturan strategi produksi. Selain itu didapatkan juga total biaya untuk produksi dalam satu kuartal yaitu bulan Oktober 2020 sebesar Rp 166.699.651, bulan November 2020 sebesar 184.125.600, dan bulan Desember 2020 sebesar 191.860.463. / CV Sinar Mulia Sejahtera is a car variation manufacturing company located in Malang, East Java and was founded by Mr. Tan Tiono in 1990. Along with the development of the automotive industry, CV Sinar Mulia Sejahtera has also experienced developments in product demand. However, the company's production planning system does not yet have a clear system and has never been assessed based on the use of production-level capacity. The purpose of this study is to plan production aggregates to assist companies in planning production and disaggregate strategies within one quarter. Data collection was carried out by interviewing company owners for general data and extracting specific data such as demand levels, labor schedules and costs, company overhead costs, inventory levels, and other data related to production capacity. Data processing uses the forecasting method for the level of demand and then the forecast that has the smallest MSD is taken, then the data is processed using the Integrated Aggregate Production Planning method which goes through several stages, such as determining parameters, limits of each factor, decision variables, and the results of the aggregate planning costs for each. month. After data processing is carried out, it is obtained the determinant variables that have been filled with information such as worker transfers, overtime hours, inventory levels, the number of recruits and releases of workers, and the level of worker production which can be used as information for setting production strategies. In addition, the total costs for production in one quarter were also obtained, in which October 2020 was IDR 166,699,651, November 2020 was 184,125,600, and December was 191,860,463.
