Abstract

Wearinasia.com merupakan sebuah bisnis yang ingin mencoba mengaplikasikan metode bisnis online-to-offline. Dikarenakan harga produk yang relatif tinggi, pelanggan berekspektasi untuk mendapatkan produk dan layanan yang sesuai. Hal inilah yang menjadikan Wearinasia.com memutuskan untuk menggabungkan metode online dan offline dengan menggunakan platform online untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Selain itu, adanya keingingan untuk membuka experience store dimana pelanggan dapat datang dan mencoba langsung produk yang diinginkan. Tugas akhir ini menjelaskan masalah terkait dengan membangun sistem onlineto-offline. Sistem dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah JAD (Joint Application Development) dan wawancara, sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan pendekatan prototyping. Sistem aplikasi ini juga dirancang dengan menggunakan platform Magento versi 1.9.2.4 dan server Plesk versi 12.5.30. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah purwarupa aplikasi berbasis android yang digunakan oleh 2 jenis pengguna di experience store, yaitu pengguna back-end dan pengguna front-end. Keunggulan dari sistem ini adalah adanya integrasi dengan fitur di Magento secara real-time serta menyediakan fitur terbaru bagi Wearinasia.com, yaitu metode online-to-offline. / Wearinasia.com is a business that wants to explore online-to-offline business methods. Due to relatively high price of the products, the customers expect to receive a proper service and product. Because of this reason, Wearinasia.com decided to combine online and offline methods by using online platforms to widen their market reach. Also, to open experience stores where customers might come and experience the products right before they spend their money on it. This final project addresses the problem by creating an online-to-offline system. The system is developed by using UML (Unified Modeling Language). For the research method, JAD (Join Application Development) and interview are used for data collecting method, while RAD (Rapid Application Development) with prototyping-based approach is used for system development method. This application is also designed to work simultaneously with Magento v1.9.2.4 and Plesk Server Edition 12.5.30. The result from this research is an android based application prototype that can be used by both front-end and back-end users to access experience store. The advantage of this system is integrated with Magento in real-time also added new feature to Wearinasia.com which is online-to-offline method.
