Nowdays E-commerce industry is very explosive and popular over the business world. The emergence of this industry has a significant impact on business world especially on consumer behaviour and will continue to be a driving force behind economic growth. Researchers conduct initial mini research as the basis for determining the phenomenon to be studied. The sample of this research consists of 5 large online E-commerce. Research questions consists of which E-commerce is the most comfortable in doing transactions, both in terms of appearance and information submitted, then which website is the most interesting of its design and last but not least which E-commerce the most secure in making transactions. The findings revealed that convenience, website design and security are positively related towards customer satisfaction at Aliexpress in Indonesia. With that in mind, managers could use this information in boosting customer satisfaction, hence increasing customer loyalty and profit for the company, remembering this world is evolving into more of the digital era where everything could be done from a single click.
