Abstract
The Library of Pelita Harapan uses computer based library automated system to manage all data that being used in the library. . The reason behind the development of this application is to solve the problems user faced when using the system. The help function also has the capability of providing step by step user manual in using the system. First time user may find difficulties in using the system. Sometimes user need help quick. The help function can provide the help needed without having to do it manually. This help function is integrated with other subsytems and runs under Microsoft Windows 9x/Me, hence more modern and user friendly.
