Abstract

Industri ritel modern telah hadir pada negara Indonesia semenjak tahun 1960, yang peran awalnya adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kaum kelas menengah yang tidak mau bersedak- desakan dipasar tradisional. Dikarenakan Industri ritel ini semakin berkembang & merupakan jenis usaha yang menguntungkan, sebab para masyarakat banyak yang memanfaatkan jasa ritel untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsinya. Para pengusaha ritel telah menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, yang mengakibatkan perlu adanya solusi & inovasi untuk mempertahankan usahanya. Sejak awal mula sistem perdagangan dikenal, sistem perdagangan tidak pernah lepas dari unsur membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang baik dengan para customers agar dapat merubahnya menjadi customers yang loyal, hal ini masih merupakan kunci strategi utama bagi perusahaan untuk mencapai kesuksesan dagang untuk mecapai penjualan & keuntungan yang berkelanjutan. Ramayana Department Store, merupakan salah satu emiten ritel modern yang berasal dari negara Indonesia. Maka dari itu, pada penelitian ini bermaksud ingin meneliti nilai Kepuasan para pelanggan Ramayana Department Store di wilayah Jakarta timur dengan bedasarkan Variabel Instrumen Ritel Marketing Mix. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menganalis bagian manajemen yang masih perlu disempurnakan oleh pihak manajemen Ramayana agar mencapai kepuasan pelanggan. sehingga diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat berfungsi untuk mendukung & memajukan department store lokal seperti Ramayana Department Store. / The modern retail industry has been present in the country of Indonesia since 1960, which initially was to meet the needs of the middle class who did not want to crowd in the traditional market. Because retail industry is a growing and profitable type of business, and many people use retail services to meet their consumption needs. All Retail entrepreneurs have faced stiff competition for resulting in solutions & innovations to sustain their business. Since the beginning of the trading system known, the trading system has never been separated from building and mantain good relationships with customers in order to turn them into loyal customers, this is still the key strategy for companies to achieve trading success to achieve sustainable sales & profits. Ramayana Department Store, is one of the modern retail issuers from Indonesia. Therefore, this study wants to examine the value of customer satisfaction at Ramayana Department Store in the East Jakarta area based on the Retail Marketing Mix Instrument Variable. This research aims to analyzing the part of management that still needs to be refined by the management of Ramayana for attain customer satisfaction. So the results of this research can serve to support and advance local department stores such as Ramayana Department Store.
