Abstract
Antrian adalah salah satu fenomena dalam masyarakat yang sering kita lihat khususnya pada tempat – tempat umum. Salah satu tempat umum yang memiliki antrian dalam proses pelayanannya adalah stasiun pengisian bahan bakar umum. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu stasiun pengisian bahan bakar umum Pertamina Alam Sutera.Antrian yang terjadi pada SPBU Pertamina Alam Sutera menyebabkan tingkat utilitas stasiun dan waktu antri setiap mobil tampak belum maksimal.Sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk meningkatkan utilitas dan mengurangi waktu antri, sehingga dapat melayani lebih banyak mobil.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pembuatan model sistem sekarang SPBU Pertamina Alam Sutera dan dilakukan proses simulasi. Lalu dilakukan perumusan usulan perbaikan yang juga dilakukan pembangunan model dan proses simulasi. Pembangunan model dan proses simulasi dilakukan dengan software Promodel 2001. Dalam rangka perbaikan, diberikan tiga usulan perbaikan dengan kapasitas antrian tiga, empat, dan lima mobil. Setelah dilakukan proses simulasi, usulan III dengan kapasitas antrian lima mobil menjadi usulan perbaikan yang paling baik atau usulan terpilih. Usulan tersebut menghasilkan peningkatan rata – rata presentase tingkat utilitas sebesar 10.8% dari sistem sekarang, menurunkan rata – rata tingkat presentase idle sebesar 10.9% dari sistem sekarang, menurunkan waktu dalam sistem setiap mobil sebesar 25.1 detik dari sistem sekarang, dan menurunkan waktu antri setiap mobil sebesar 61.9 detik dari sistem sekarang. Usulan terpilih juga melayani 78 mobildalam dua jam. / Queue is one phenomenon in a society that often we see especially in places - public places. One common place that has a queue in the ministry is public refueling stations. This study was conducted at Pertamina gas stations Alam Sutera. The queueing which happens at Pertamina gas stations Alam Sutera causes utility rates seemed not on maximum rates, as well as every car appareantly needs some time to be filled with gas. Nevertheless,the utilization rates need to be improved,and queue time must be reduced, so that more cars can be served. The research was conducted by designing modeling system for Pertamina gas stations Alam Sutera and carried out the simulation process. Improvement proposals were also made to form of model and processed by simulation. Development models and processes performed by Promodel 2001 software. For improvement cause, there are three improvent proposals with three different queue capacities, which are three, four, and five cars. After the simulation, the third proposal with a queue capacity of five cars be the best improvement suggestions or proposals selected. The proposal results in increased average percentage rate of 10.8% utility compared to the present system, lowering the average idle percentage rate by 10.9% compared to the present system, lowering time that needed by every car in the system by 25.1 seconds from the current system, and reduce queue times each car amounted to 61.9 seconds from the current system. The proposal was also elected to serve 78 more cars in two hours than the present system.
