Abstract
Tugas Akhir ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk menyusun rencana pemasaran rumah makan Mbak Bolek cabang Jakarta. Pemasaran yang akan dilakukan rumah makan Mbak Bolek cabang Jakarta menerapkan pemasaran digital dan pemasaran tradisional. Beberapa metode pemasaran secara digital yang akan diterapkan adalah melakukan promosi melalui sosial media seperti Instagram dan juga melakukan kerja sama dengan influencer yang bergerak dibidang kuliner dengan tujuan memperluas jaringan publikasi. Sementara itu, metode pemasaran tradisional yang akan diterapkan adalah dengan melakukan pemasaran langsung seperti pemasaran banner/ This final project is constructed with the aim of developing a business plan for the Jakarta branch of the Mbak Bolek restaurant. The marketing that is done for this particular branch involves digital and traditional marketing. Several methods of digital marketing include promotions done through social media like Instagram and also through partnerships with influencers dominating in the culinary field, done with the purpose of increasing the publication network. On the other hand, the method of traditional marketing include that done directly through the usage of banners.
