Abstract

This research was conducted to : 1) analyze and test the positive effect of the use of information and communication technology (ICT) on teacher performance at SMP Strada Tangerang; 2) knowing how much positive influence teacher training has on teacher performance at SMP Strada Tangerang; 3) knowing how much positive influence teacher training has on teacher performance at SMP Strada Tangerang. This research is an quantitative research using descriptive analysis method involving the entire population of teacher in SMP Strada Tangerang, totaling 71 people. The data was colletected using survey method using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques werw carried out using the Partial Least Square ver 3.0 method. Namely by analyzing measurement models structural models. The result showed that: 1) the use information and communication technology (ICT) has a positive effect on teacher performance; 2) training has a positive effect on teacher performance; 3) and teacher supervision has a positive effect on teacher performance."/".Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk: 1) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh positif pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Strada Tangerang; 2) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh positif pelatihan guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Strada Tangerang; 3) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh positif supervisi guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Strada Tangerang. Adapun penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menerapkan metode deskriptif analisis yang melibatkan seluruh populasi guru di SMP Strada Tangerang sejumlah 71 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner tertutup. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistik deskriptif, statistik inferensial, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square ver 3.0 dengan menganalisis model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) berpengaruh positif dengan kinerja guru; 2) pelatihan berpengaruh positif dengan kinerja guru; dan 3) supervisi berpengaruh positif dengan kinerja guru.
