Abstract

Tugas akhir ini menjelaskan tentang pengembangan sistem untuk absensi dan penggajian pada PT Parama Murti. Perusahaan ini bermaksud untuk mengembangkan sistem bisnisnya melalui pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi ini mampu mengatasi keterbatasan dari sistem saat ini yang masih secara manual melakukan proses integrasi data absensi dan penggajian. Proses integrasi data yang kurang baik dan jumlah pegawai yang banyak menimbulkan kesulitan dalam proses dokumentasi, pencarian data, dan keterlambatan dalam penyetujuan izin dan penggajian. Aplikasi yang dibangun dapat mendukung proses pengajuan dan penyetujuan, dan juga meningkatkan keakuratan penggajian dan penyebaran data tersebut. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan prototyping. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Pengembangan dari prototyping ini dimulai dengan identifikasi kelayakan sistem, proses analisis dengan identifikasi user requirements anda pemodelan fungsional dan struktural sistem dengan menggunakan UML 2.0. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu perancangan database, perancangan lapisan antarmuka, dan kemudian melakukan konstruksi dan instalasi. Aplikasi yang dibangun dapat memfasilitasi seluruh pengajuan dan penyetujuan izin, penghitungan gaji staff, penyebaran informasi serta pembuatan laporan mencakup seluruh lokasi perusahaan / This paper discusses the development of attendance and payroll system for Parama Murti Company. Parama Murti Company aims to improve their business system by developing web application. This application is able to overcome the limitations of the current system that manually handles internal process of integrating attendance and payroll data for the company. Poor integration across different regions in Indonesia and huge number of people have caused difficulties in documentation process, searching required data and also causing delay in approving requests for permission and payroll. The proposed system intends to enhance the process of submitting and approving request, and also improving the accuracy in generating staff payroll and dissemination of those data. This application is developed as a web-based application using prototyping method. This application is constructed using PHP and MySQL. The development of prototyping starts with identification of the system feasibility, analysis by identifying user requirements and modeling the functional and structural of the system using UML 2.0. It is then followed by designing the database structure, interface of the system and finally the construction and installation. These development phases are conducted in continuous and repeated cycles. Application testing is performed using black-box testing with scenario and functional testing approaches. The proposed system facilitates all permission request and approvals, calculate staff payroll and also provides features for disseminating information and generating reports across different company locations.
