Abstract

Jakarta as the center of business and central governance has become the main objective of urbanization on workers outside the city. With many jobs, unemployed people have a big chance to improve their quality of life compared to their place of origin. Rental office become a major place that many people need. Park in Jakarta keeps reducing. Comfortable public places for all ages are not built, this is because the feel of safety is less. Public place that’s comfortable is only located in a shopping center. Parks can be built near the business center so it can serve the tenants and the surrounding community. A park at the office have a lot of function. After a meeting people will get bored and they can come out to the park to relieve their stress. Going to the park just to sit down and enjoy the sound of the water in the park or they can have exercise in the park. There can be an outdoor sports in the park, like tennis and mini golf.
