Every workers in Jakarta, particularly in Mega Kuningan, every day has to experience heavy traffic, noise and polluted air. This conditions can causing a stress for the workers which effects to their performance at work. Leisure is a spare time which people do after their work. The workers can feel much more alive and have more passion at work after they experience leisure activities. If between two program which is leisure and office collide together, they will create an office that has leisure facilities such as sport, public park, restaurant etc. in this study the type of office which i choose is Retail Companies. The field of retail business engaged in the leisure in his efforts such as clothing, food, department stores and sports. In addition for adding leisure programs in this office, this building is also serves as linkage between two buildings which is ITC Ambassador and Chinese embassy. On the ground floor there’s a huge public park for a place to unwind for the office workers, they can do any activities on the public park. With the merge of two programs which is leisure and office, it is expected the employee who worked there can feel more motivated on his working activity.
