Tugas Akhir ini membahas mengenai perancangan sistem kolaborasi pengelolaan proyek dalam pembuatan mind map dan gantt chart. Kolaborasi merupakan salah satu faktor penting di dalam perusahaan dikarenakan sangat berkaitan dengan produktivitas suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, sistem kolaborasi sangat penting digunakan dalam pengelolaan proyek terutama dalam kegiatan pembuatan dokumentasi. Belum adanya sistem kolaborasi yang menyediakan wadah pembuatan mind map dan gantt chart yang menerapkan realtime collaboration merupakan alasan awal dari pengembangan sistem ini. Sistem usulan dikembangkan dengan metodologi Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan penerapan metode prototyping. Pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Node.JS, serta pengaplikasian Socket.IO yang digunakan untuk menerapkan konsep real-time collaboration pada sistem usulan. Hasil akhir dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang menerapkan konsep real-time collaboration sehingga dapat membantu dan mempermudah kegiatan brainstorming yang dilakukan dalam pengelolaan proyek khususnya dalam pembuatan dokumentasi seperti project charter dan gantt chart. / This final project discusses the design of project management collaboration system in making mind map and gantt chart. Collaboration is one important factor in the company because it is closely related to the productivity of a company. Therefore, collaboration system is very important to be used in project management especially in documentation making activity. The absence of a collaborative system that provides a container for mind-mapping and gantt chart that implements real-time collaboration is the primary reason for the development of this system. The proposed system is developed with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology with the application of prototyping methods. The creation of this system uses the Node.JS programming language, as well as the application of Socket.IO used to apply the concept of real-time collaboration on the proposed system. The result of this Final Project is a web-based application that applies the concept of real-time collaboration so it can help and facilitate brainstorming activities in project management especially in making documentation such as project charters and gantt chart.
