Abstract

The pandemic that is being experienced by all countries, including Indonesia has changed the learning activities. Learning, which was initially conducted face-to-face, must turn into distance learning. Therefore, it changes the learning motivation of students. Researchers are interested in examining three variables that are considered to have an influence on student learning motivation, including the role of parents, teacher’s creativity, and also their interest in learning. is one of the factors students can be motivated in learning. The research method used is a quantitative method with the research subjects of 34 third grade students in XYZ elementary schools in Jababeka City, Bekasi. The research design used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained were the role of parents, teacher creativity, and interest in learning each had a positive effect on student’s learning motivation. Role of parents being the variable that most influences student learning motivation./ Pandemi yang sedang dialami oleh semua negara termasuk Indonesia, membuat kegiatan belajar ikut mengalami perubahan. Pembelajaran yang awalnya dilakukan secara tatap muka, harus berubah menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Hal ini tentunya membuat motivasi belajar siswa mengalami penurunan. Peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti tiga variabel yang dianggap memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, diantaranya peran orang tua, kreativitas guru, dan juga minat belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian 34 siswa kelas III di SDK XYZ di Kota Jababeka, Bekasi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah peran orang tua, kreativitas guru, dan minat belajar masing - masing berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, dengan peran orang tua menjadi variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
