The increasing rate of elder or geriatric make the needs of health services increase for this group of age at the future. Hospital, as the one to provide health services must consider to look this matter to prepare the facility with a goal to increasing the quality service in health departement for this group of age or geriatric. Geriatric patient have a different needs and character in term of physical dan psychological because of the aging. So, nowadays required a specialist hospital with a design components that focus on this geriatric needs and character. A hospital with a physical friendly design for geriatric patient will increase the quality of health services and can improved the comfort and safety for geriatric patient. Therefore, this study have a objective to find this components that designers have to follow and to look for a standart that must be fulfilled to designing a geriatric specialist hospital. Beside this factor, zoning and connection between hospital units is important to push the quality the service given by the hospital. Zoning or connection between units and design component is the main factor to produce a good or better service for geriatric users. With the vision to build the geriatric hospital with the highest level of services, the hospital shall have 7 core units for geriactric services. Where later on the design component will focus in this core units, as the connection between core and other hospital units that will provice the core units more effective and make patient more easy to use the facility. This hospital will add more focus on musculuskeletal disease, and the innovation is to add self service physiotheraphy but keep realization the design component to design a specialist hospital for geriatric.
