Abstract
Kegiatan konsumsi tidak akan pernah lepas darikebutuhan manusiayang tidak terbatas dan harus dapat memenuhi setiap kebutuhan dengan alat pemuas kebutuhan yang terbatas. Paradigma penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang Objek dari penelitian ini adalah ZARA. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert.Dalam penelitian ini, metodepengumpulan datayangdigunakanadalahdenganmetodekuesionerdengangoogleform. Sampelpenelitian ini adalah 136 responden merupakan konsumen yang membeli ZARA di Lippo Mall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan teman sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap ketergantungan harga diri, media berpengaruh positif terhadap ketergantungan harga diri, ketergantungan harga diri berpengaruh positif terhadap kesadaran merek, dan kesadaran merek berpengaruh positif terhadap niat pembelian konsumensedangkan teman sebaya dan media tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesadaran merek
