Abstract

Pada setiap toko ritel memiliki pelanggan yang memiliki peran yang penting dalam pengembangan retail store equity pada tiap toko ritel. Penelitian terkait dengan bagaimana pengaruh dari functional and psychological attributes terhadap retail store equity dimediasi oleh customers involvement and customers commitment with retail store pada Hypermart. Populasi yang peneliti pilih sebagai subjek adalah para pelanggan Hypermart dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 287 responden. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran yaitu skala likert. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diuji menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0 Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Customers Involvement with Retail Store tidak berpengaruh terhadap Retail Store Equity, Functional Attributes and Psychological Attributes of Retail Store berpengaruh terhadap Customers involvement and Customers Commitment with Retail Store , Customers Commitment with Retail Store berpengaruh terhadap Retail Store Equity. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna sebagai masukan bagi perusahaan dalam membentuk hubungan dengan pelanggan lebih baik serta bentuk-bentuk customers involvement with Retail Store yang dapat dilakukan terhadap pelanggan.
