Komodo Impian Wisata ialah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang biro perjalanan dan bekerja dibawah naungan Perseroan Terbatas. Dampak adanya pandemi covid-19 maka dibuatnya SOP baru yang sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan agar mencegah penyebaran covid-19 oleh karena itu laporan magang ini dibuat untuk mengetahui penerapan protokol kesehatan selama kegiatan wisata di PT. Komodo Impian Wisata. Laporan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil tinjauan menunjukan bahwa protokol kesehatan yang tidak diterapkan disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran dari operator kapal dan wisatawan dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ada selain itu tidak adanya upaya dari operator kapal wisata dalam mengantisipasi pencegahan covid-19. Operator kapal harus terus mengingatkan wisatawan yang datang agar terus mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang ada, dan Operator kapal harus berupaya agar wisatawan yang datang mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang ada. Seperti mengatur tempat duduk di kapal dengan jarak minimal satu meter, mengecek suhu badan saat memasuki area kapal, menyiapkan hand sanitizer dan mengingatkan untuk terus memakai masker dalam setiap aktivitas pariwisata yang menyebabkan bertambahnya jumlah kasus covid-19 di Labuan Bajo merupakan solusi yang diberikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut./Travel Agency is a company that organizes tour package activities and travel agents.
