Abstract

Penelitian ini akan mengamati faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen hingga membuat keputusan pembelian, seperti kualitas layanan, digital payment, promosi dan kepuasan konsumen. Kita dapat melihat apakah faktor-faktor tersebut mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen yang berguna bagi pihak perusahaan mengembangkan kinerjanya guna menarik minat konsumen dan unggul dari competitor. Variabel pada penelitian ini pun tentunya didukung oleh pendapat para ahli.
