A system tools for environmental cause does exist’ called as The Life Cycle Assesment (ISO standarized). This tools evaluate whole production process’ from resource collecting, transportation, manufacturing process, mixing and blending, wrapping, usage, even into waste process.Off course the purphose is to minimize its environmental and humanity impact. Life Cycle Assesment contains an important information database which can be used as the precise material quantity information input and energy usage for better world. This database also called as The Life Cycle Inventory. With benchmarking through the LCI recomended system in Swiss, the application concept has been done in this project in a form of system architectural dan foundation called the first layer, which can be developed further more as an online LCI database. This is a research of the system framework for Life Cycle Inventory in Indonesia where it was never existed before. It is important to have such inventory considering the material information which can be gathered altogether from the government, academics and universities, researchers, manufacturers, companies and the community itself. To make it easier and practical, this media is based on online networking with a positive hope that every participant can make use of this inventory and share for better world. / Life Cycle Assesment adalah sebuah sistem evaluasi berstandar ISO yang mengkaji kelayakan dampak sebuah produk terhadap lingkungan hidup baik dari awal materi sebagai bahan dasar sebuah produk diambil, kemudian memasuki proses transportasi dan pemindahan, pengolahan di pabrik, pembungkusan, sampai dipakai oleh konsumen, bahkan hingga tahap pembuangan atau daur ulangnya. Di dalam Life Cycle ini ditunjang oleh bagian penting yang sifatnya seperti database untuk memuat informasi kuantitas kandungan material yang tepat dan energi yang dipakai untuk sebuah produk dimana dinamakan dengan Life Cycle Inventory. Penelitian ini membahas sebuah rancangan sistem untuk Life Cycle Inventory yang memang belum pernah ada di Indonesia. Dengan benchmarking terhadap sistem LCI yang ada di luar negeri, konsep rancangan yang sudah dilakukan adalah berupa arsitektural sistem dan fondasi yang dinamakan first layer, yang dapat dikembangkan lagi sebagai database LCI secara online. Tentunya Life Cycle Inventory ini sangat dibutuhkan dan memerlukan kerjasama dari pihak-pihak yang berperan penting seperti pemerintahan, peneliti, akademis, pengelola industri, dan komunitas itu sendiri yang diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan rancangan media ini untuk mengisi dan mengumpulkan informasi yang diperlukan dalam media online ini.
