Abstract
GMP plan for tablet mint candy product of PT Madukara is arranged and implemented in this research. The elements of the GMP which observed is taken from GMP Indonesia version (CPMB), consist of: building and plant facilities, equipment and production facilities, personnel, also production and process control. The research method is consist of four steps: evaluation of document and real GMP condition on PT Madukara, fix the GMP document , give the fixed document and implementation GMP, and then implementation audit on PT Madukara. PT Madukara is audited after given the duration of three weeks. Some changes and completeness of the documentation seem to comply to the GMP regulation, but some of the non conformance aspects, such as: building and plant facilities, and personnel habits cannot be changed within the given implementation time frame. Some advices had given to improve the GMP of PT Madukara for the long term implementation.
