Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia sendiri masih memiliki kesadaran yang rendah akan ancaman import yang berketergantungan dalam hal ini indonesia sendiri masih mengimpor gandum sebagai bahan baku pembuatan tepung terigu, tanpa di sadari banyak potensi lain dari bidang agraris di Indonesia yang dapat dikelolah menjadi tepung yang memiliki kandungan lebih sehat, salah satunya tepung dari umbi ganyong. Sehingga dari pelatihan ini memiliki tujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap potensi penggunaan tepung ganyong dalam pembuatan Tiramisu dan Carrot Cake. Kandungan dari tepung ganyong sendiri tidak mengandung gluten sehingga dapat menambahkan kesadaran hidup sehat bagi peserta dari rumah pintar BSD. Dalam pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara daring dengan menggunakan zoom meeting. Hasil dari kegiatan sendiri mendapatkan respon yang baik dari para peserta, pelatihan ini dianggap dapat memperkenalkan tepung ganyong ini sendiri namun tetap relevan dengan jenis hidangan penutup yang diajarkan dan tidak menutup kemungkinan dapat membantu untuk menjadi ide bisnis para peserta. / The Indonesian people themselves still have a low awareness of the threat of imports which depend on, in this case, Indonesia itself still imports wheat as a raw material for making wheat flour, without realizing there are many other potentials from the agricultural sector in Indonesia that can be processed into flour that has healthier contents one of them is flour from canna tubers. So this training aims to introduce and increase awareness of the potential use of canna flour in making Tiramisu and Carrot Cake. The content of canna flour itself does not contain gluten so it can add awareness of healthy living for participants from the Rumah Pintar BSD. In this training was done online using a zoom meeting. The results of the activity itself received a good response from the participants, this training is considered to be able to introduce the canna flour itself, but it is still relevant to the type of dessert being taught and it is possible that it can help to become the participants' business idea.
