Abstract
Students of SMKN 33 Jakarta have the desire to learn how to process ravioli pasta made from sorghum flour, but many do not know what sorghum flour is and the benefits of sorghum flour itself, and how to process the pasta. Therefore the PKM team (lecturers and students) held training on how to make Pasta Ravioli from sorghum flour for students of SMKN 33 Jakarta which was held by the Faculty of Tourism at Pelita Harapan University as a form of community service (PKM) as fulfilling one of the requirements for graduation academic year 2017. The PKM team provides training to improve skills and abilities for students of SMKN 33 North Jakarta in processing ravioli pasta made from sorghum flour. The PKM method used is through skills training and online mentoring with students of SMKN 33 Jakarta. The results of the PKM activities are expected to provide new skills and understanding on how to make ravioli pasta from sorghum flour./Siswa/siswi SMKN 33 Jakarta memiliki keinginan untuk mempelajari bagaimana cara mengolah pasta ravioli berbahan dasar tepung sorgum, akan tetapi banyak yang belum mengetahui apa itu tepung sorgum dan manfaat dari tepung sorgum itu sendiri, serta bagaimana cara mengolah pasta tersebut. Oleh karena itu tim PKM (dosen dan mahasiswa) mengadakan pelatihan cara pembuatan pasta ravioli berbahan dasar tepung sorgum kepada para guru & pelajar SMKN 33 Jakarta yang diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Pariwisata Universitas Pelita Harapan sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Sebagai pemenuh salah satu syarat untuk kelulusan tahun ajaran 2017. Tim PKM memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan bagi siswa/siswi SMKN 33 Jakarta dalam mengolah pasta ravioli berbahan dasar tepung sorgum. Metode PKM yang digunakan melalui pelatihan keterampilan dan pendampingan secara Online dengan siswa/siswi SMKN 33 Jakarta. Hasil kegiatan PKM diharapkan dapat memberikan keterampilan dan pemahaman yang baru mengenai cara pembuatan pasta ravioli berbahan dasar tepung sorgum.
