Abstract

Tujuan penulisan term paper adalah untuk mengkaji apakah ada pengaruh dari penutupan gerai XYZ Department Store, perkembangan ritel digital (ECommerce), serta kepemimpinan etis, terhadap bisnis ritel modern PT. XYZ Department Store Tbk. Pendekatan analisis dengan menggunakan teori Relativitas permintaan terhadap kapasitas untuk permasalahan penutupan gerai dengan melihat kejenuhan pasar serta peluang di pasar lain, lalu pendekatan dengan teori E-Service Quality untuk permasalahan perkembangan dunia ritel digital atau yang biasa kita sebut E-Commerce guna memaksimalkan situs-situs yang sudah dimiliki, dan untuk masalah kepuasan kerja karyawan, dilakukan pendekatan dengan menggunakan teori Kepemimpinan Etis dan didampingi dengan kuesioner untuk penelitian lebih mendalam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa adanya kecenderungan dari penutupan gerai XYZ department store, dan perkembangan dunia ritel digital (E-Commerce), untuk mempengaruhi bisnis ritel modern dari PT. XYZ Department Store Tbk. Serta hasil analisis yang menunjukkan kecenderungan kepemimpinan etis untuk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
