Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan rasa kepedulian terhadap masyarakat dengan caramembagikan ilmu ataupun keterampilan. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepadamasyarakat ini terdapat tiga, (1) untuk membagikan membagikan ilmu pengetahuan ataupun keterampilan dari mata kuliah yang terdapat di Fakultas Pariwisata program studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan pada Universitas Pelita Harapan. (2) Untuk memperkenalkan kepada siswa-siswi SMK Pariwisata Puspa Wisata PGRI Serpong tentang kondisi coffee shop pada masa pandemi ini. (3) untuk membantu masyarakat dengan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai perkembangan usaha Coffee shop di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan kedepannya bisa membantu untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Oleh karena itu, tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat memberikan bantuan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dengan mengajarkan siswasiswi SMK Pariwisata Puspa Wisata PGRI Serpong mengenai bauran pemasaran dan keuntungan menguasainya agar dapat menerapkannya dalam usaha coffee shop. Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 ini terdapat perubahan dalam cara untuk menerapkan bauran pemasaran, oleh karena itu itu dengan dibuatnya kegiatan ini,kami percaya dapat bermanfaat dan menjadi ilmu. / Community service is an activity needed to increase a sense of concern for the community by sharing knowledge or skills. The objectives of this community service are three, (1) to share knowledge or skills from the courses at the Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality Management study program at Pelita Harapan University. (2)To introduce the students of SMK Pariwisata Puspa Wisata PGRI Serpong about the condition of the coffee shop during this pandemic. (3) to help the community by providing knowledge about the development of the coffee shop business during the COVID-19 pandemic and in the future it can help to increase sales. Therefore,the Community Service team provided assistance in the form of socialization by teaching SMK Pariwisata Puspa Wisata PGRI Serpong students about the marketing mix and the advantages of mastering it so that they can apply it in the coffee shopbusiness. During the COVID19 pandemic there were changes in the way to applythe marketing mix, therefore with this activity we believe it can be useful and become knowledge.
