Abstract
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dengan tujuan menambahkan wawasan dan juga meningkatkan rasa kepedulian terhadap masyarakat dengan cara membagikan ilmu dan keterampilan yang telah dipelajari. Adapun tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu (1) Untuk memberikan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa melalui pelajaran di Fakultas Pariwisata, Universitas Pelita Harapan, (2) Untuk mengajarkan siswa-siswi SMA Strada Santo Thomas Aquino mengenai cara Pembuatan Kreasi Kue dengan Bahan Gluten-free sebagai Hidangan Penutup (3) Untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu dan pengetahuan yang telah diperoleh mahasiswa melalui studi di Fakultas Pariwisata, Universitas Pelita Harapan. Oleh karena itu, tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat akan membuat kegiatan dalam bentuk seminar online yang ditujukan kepada siswa-siswi SMA Strada Santo Thomas Aquino mengenai cara Pembuatan Kreasi Kue dengan Bahan Gluten-free sebagai Hidangan Penutup, yang banyak digemari oleh kalangan muda dengan tujuan untuk menambah wawasan, meningkatkan kreatifitas, dan juga dapat memberi peluang bagi yang ingin memulai berwirausaha. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi siswa-siswi SMA Strada Santo Thomas Aquino. / Community service is an activity carried out with the purpose of adding insight and also increasing a sense of concern for the community by sharing the knowledge and skills that have been learned. The objectives of community service activities are (1) To provide knowledge possessed by students through lessons at the Faculty of Tourism, Pelita Harapan University, (2) To teach Strada Santo Thomas Aquino High School students about how to make gluten-free desserts with basic cakes (3) To apply the knowledge that students have acquired through studies at the Faculty of Tourism, Pelita Harapan University. Therefore, the Community Service team will create activities in the form of online workshops to Strada Santo Thomas Aquino High School students on how to make gluten-free desserts made from cake, which is popular and interesting for teenager to increase knowledge, creativity, and also could provide opportunities for those who want to start entrepreneurship. This activity is expected to be useful for Strada Santo Thomas Aquino High School students.
