Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan salah satu syarat perguruan tinggi yang dapat ditujukan untuk meningkatkan rasa kepedulian terhadap masyarakat dengan cara membagikan ilmu dan ketrampilan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah : (1) memberi sosialisasi tentang penggunaan Terong Belanda pada jenis minuman cosmopolitan sebagai pengganti cranberry juice (2) memperkenalkan pada peserta cara mengelolah Terong Belanda sebagai salah satu bahan jenis minuman (3) mengajak para responden untuk lebih mengenal Terong Belanda (4) menjalankan salah satu syarat perguruan tinggi khususnya di bidang Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Kata kunci : Minuman, Terong Belanda, Cranberry Juice, Cosmopolitan / ABSTRACT Community Service is one of the requirements for higher education that can be aimed at increasing a sense of concern for the community by sharing knowledge and skills. The objectives of this community service activity are: (1) providing socialization about the use of Dutch eggplant in a cosmopolitan type of drink as a substitute for cranberry juice (2) introducing participants to how to manage Dutch eggplant as a type of beverage (3) inviting respondents to get to know more Dutch eggplant (4) carries out one of thehigher education requirements, especially in the field of Community Service (PKM).
