Stressful and uncomfortable condition would be experienced by the most pediatric patient during hospitalization. Therefore, activity therapy is needed by those pediatric patients. The activity therapy could be supported by an area named healing/therapeutic garden with architectural element function that provides potency of movement in the fisioterapy, occupational therapy, and social therapy. The questions of this research are what kind of architectural element that builds a healing garden and how do those architecture elements colaborate each other to support theraphyactivity in pediatric patients. Qualitative method with literature and precedent study was used in this research to reveal architectural element that builds a healing garden. Besides, this research had been implemented with field survey phase, data collecting and processing in precedent study and case to reveal the architectural elements that influence the activity therapy. Collecting data phase is to gain architectural work imaging, interview result, observation of architectural elements and activity therapy in Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dhuafa Hospital and Sentosa Hospital. Processing data phase is implemented to found architectural element that influence on activity therapy on both of case and precedent study to gain the conclusion. Literature and precedent studies reveal that size and shape, function and zoning, easy accessibility and circulation, level area, landscape, view and sound are architectural elements that build the healing garden. Precedent and case study reveal that the collaboration healing garden architectural elements that affect all three therapeutic activity.
