Abstract

Student life in the 21st century is related to online activities on the internet. Schools need to implement policies, learning models and build school culture, so as to prevent online activities that are detrimental to students. The purpose of this research is to develop a website as a learning medium to increase students' understanding of Digital Citizenship. Therefore, researchers conducted a mix of quantitative and qualitative research by analysing student needs, designing a Web Based Learning model, implementing and evaluating it. Even though the researcher was asking another party to design the portal of the Website based on the concept designed by the researcher. This study uses the Research and Development method. Researchers used the R and D model in Borg and Gall's steps. This model is applied, the results are evaluated whether it can provide a better understanding of Digital Citizenship. The design of the Digital Citizenship learning model is evaluated by Website Experts, Pedagogic Experts, and Digital Citizenship Material Experts. From the implementation of the Website into small groups, the results showed that the value of student interest showed 3.85 from a scale of 4, with a percentage of 96%. The practicality value shows 3.8 from a scale of 4, with a percentage of 95%. In the large group, the result shows that the value of interest shows 3.6 out of 4 with a percentage of 89%. The practicality value shows 3.7 out of 4 with a percentage of 91%. From the results of the survey, it was also seen that there was an increase in students' understanding of Digital Citizenship with percentage of 88, 2% at XYZ Primary School Bogor. / Kehidupan pelajar di abad 21 ini terkait dengan aktivitas online dalam internet. Sekolah perlu menerapkan kebijakan, model pembelajaran dan membangun budaya sekolah, sehingga dapat mencegah aktivitas online yang merugikan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan Website sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap Kewarganegaraan Digital. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian kuantitatif-kualitatif, dengan cara menganalisis kebutuhan siswa, merancang model Pembelajaran Berbasis Website, mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasinya. Meskipun peneliti meminta pengembang Website untuk mendesain Website sesuai dengan konsep yang didesain oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development. Peneliti menggunakan model R dan D langkah Borg and Gall. Model ini diterapkan, hasilnya dievaluasi apakah dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang Kewarganegaraan Digital. Rancangan model pembelajaran Kewarganegaraan Digital dievaluasi oleh Pakar Website, Pakar Pedagogik, dan Pakar Materi Kewarganegaraan Digital. Dari implementasi Website ke dalam kelompok kecil, diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai ketertarikan siswa menunjukkan 3,85 dari skala 4, dengan persentase 96%. Nilai kepraktisan menunjukkan 3,8 dari skala 4, dengan persentase 95%. Pada kelompok besar diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai ketertarikan menunjukkan 3,6 dari 4 dengan persentase 89%. Nilai kepraktisan menunjukkan 3,7 dari 4 dengan persentase 91%. Dari hasil survey, juga terlihat juga adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang Kewarganegaraan Digital sebesar 88,2% di SD XYZ Bogor.
