Abstract

Akibat dari perkembangan penduduk daerah Gading serpong yang cukup pesat, pihak Paramount Gading serpong berinisiatif untuk membangun pasar Modern Gading Serpong untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penduduk yang ada disekitarnya. Maka pihak Paramount bekerja sama dengan pihak GunHo architecture sebagai konsultan perencana gambar rencana, dengan PT Palumas Sejati dan PT Astoria Perkasa Nusantara sebagai kontraktor pelaksana. Diamana Proyek pasar ini dibagi menjadi 2 strruktur utama yaitu struktur beton bertulang sebagai struktur utama bangunan ruko, dan struktur rangka baja sebagai struktur utama pasar.
