Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Maitreyawira. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang ada di Sekolah Maitreyawira yang berjumlah sebanyak 32 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan dan juga teknik menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 32 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 untuk menganalisa validitas dan realibilitas. Dari hasil penelitian melalui model pengujian koefisien jalur dibuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif variabel kompetensi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Maitreyawira. Nilai koefisien jalur variabel kompetensi memiliki nilai lebih tinggi dibandingkan dua variabel lainnya. / This study aimed to analyze the influence of competence, work motivation, work discipline on teacher’s working performance of Maitreyawira School. This study population are teachers of Maitreyawira School are 32 people. Data collection was carried out by using literature techniques and by distributing questionnaires to 32 respondents. Data were processed using SmartPLS 3.0 to analyze validity and reliability. From the results of the research through the path coefficient-testing model, it was proven that there was a positive influence on the variables of competence, work motivation and work discipline on the work performance of teachers at Maitreyawira School. The value of the path coefficient of the professionalism variable has a higher value than the other two variables.
