Abstract

Banjir telah memberikan pengaruh negatif bagi Jakarta di setiap tahunnya. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh letak geografis wilayah Jakarta yang 40% wilayahnya termasuk dataran rendah terutama Jakarta Utara dan dilalui oleh 13 aliran sungai. Studi kasus dilakukan pada Polder Pluit yang sudah menerapkan sistem pompa didalamnya. Polder Pluit dibangun untuk mengatasi masalah banjir pada kawasan ini di Jakarta Utara. Saat ini, daerah tersebut mempunyai satu waduk sebagai tempat penampungan aliran air sementara sebelum dibuang ke laut dan satu stasiun pompa yang mempunyai 11 unit pompa dengan kapasitas total 47.3 m3/detik. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis debit banjir rencana terkait dengan peningkatan kapasitas pompa di Waduk Pluit untuk periode ulang 2-25 tahun. Analisis perencanaan dilakukan dengan pendekatan hidrologi yaitu mengasumsikan curah hujan terukur sama dengan curah hujan lokal yang jatuh di dalam wilayah tangkapan Pluit. Kemudian debit banjir direncanakan dengan menggunakan distribusi Gumbel yang diuji dengan metode Chi-Kuadrat dan Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Dari pengujian tersebut dihasilkan distribusi Gumbel tepat digunakan untuk analisis perencanaan debit banjir. Analisis ini menghasilkan penambahan unit pompa sebanyak 4 unit (6 m3/detik) untuk jangka waktu 20 tahunan./ Flood has given the negative effect for Jakarta in every year. This is influenced primarily by the geographical situation of Jakarta, where 40% of this area is under mean sea level, especially at North Jakarta are passing by 13 rivers. A case study takes place for Pluit Polder that has already implemented a polder system. Pluit Polder is built to solve the flood disaster at this area in North Jakarta. Currently, this area has a reservoir as a temporary shelter of water before it flows to the sea and one pump station with 11 units of pumps which the total capacity of 47.3 m3/sec. In this thesis, the analysis of flood discharge design with the improvement capacity of pump at Pluit Reservoir for the 2 to 25 years return period has been studied. Analysis and design were done based on the hydrology approach which assumed that the measured rainfall were taken from the local rainfall that fell down in Pluit catchment area. Then, analysis and design of flood discharge were done based on Gumbel's distribution conducted by Chi-Square and Kolmogorov-Smirnov methods. Referring to those, the Gumbel’s distribution is more suitable to use for analyzing of flood discharge design. This analysis suggests the addition of 4 pump units (6 m3/s) for the 20 years return period.
