Abstract
Manajemen konstruksi merupakan hal yang tidak terpisahkan dalam pelaksanaan suatu pembangunan. Dengan manajemen konstruksi yang baik maka suatu proyek konstruksi dapat berlangsung sesuai dengan waktu dan biaya yang direncanakan dengan tetap mengutamakan kualitas dari proyek tersebut. Namun pada saat ini masih banyak pihak yang tidak menyadari pentingnya manajemen konstruksi dalam suatu proyek. Metode Earned Value merupakan suatu metode manajemen proyek yang cocok diterapkan untuk berbagai jenis konstruksi. Pada kesempatan ini akan dipaparkan secara lebih jelas mengenai penerapan Earned value pada suatu proyek konstruksi./ Construction management is inherent in the implementation of any construction projects. With good construction management, a construction project can run in accordance with the planned time and cost by keeping the quality of the project. However, nowadays there are still many who are not aware of the importance of construction management in a project. Earned Value Method is a project management method suitable for various types of construction. On this opportunity, the application of Earned value method on a construction project will be presented more clearly.
