Abstract
Dalam rangka mencapai visi Jurusan Teknik Sipil UPH, maka Jurusan
Teknik Sipil UPH mengembangkan sebuah program yang dapat digunakan untuk
menunjang kegiatan proses belajar mengajar dan penelitian. Alasan – alasan untuk
melakukan pengembangan program antara lain tidak tersedianya kode – kode
pemrograman yang dapat digunakan untuk memodifikasi program sehingga dapat
disesuaikan dengan materi penelitian dan mengembangkan sebuah program
alternatif yang dapat mensimulasikan fungsi – fungsi program yang telah ada
dipasaran sehingga dapat menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar dan penelitian.
Pada tugas akhir ini, Penulis mencoba membuat sebuah program yang
merupakan tahap awal dari pengembangan program. Program yang dibuat
diharapkan dapat menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar serta penelitian di Jurusan
Teknik Sipil UPH dan diharapkan dapat mensimulasikan fungsi – fungsi yang
dapat dilakukan oleh program – program yang telah ada. Program yang dibuat
dibatasi pada masalah – masalah satu dimensi, seperti menganalisa rangka batang,
balok, portal, aliran air di dalam pipa, dan aliran air melalui media berpori.
Program yang dibuat dirancang dengan menggunakan program MATLAB. Hasil
dari program yang dibuat telah dibandingkan dengan menggunakan cara analitik
dan program SAP 2000 student version dan memberikan selisih yang kecil./ In order to achieve its vision, The Department of Civil Engineering UPH
is developing a computer program that can be used to support learning and
teaching activities and reserach. The reasons for developing a computer program
are the unavailability of the source codes from existing computer program which
is needed to be adjusted with the research materials and to develop an alternative
program that is expected to simulate the functions that can be done by the
computer programs that are already exist on the market to support learning and
teaching activities and research.
In this thesis, the author tries to make a program which is the first step in
the developing program. The computer program is expected to support learning
and teaching activities and research and expected to simulate the functions that
can be done by the computer programs that are already exist on the market. The
program made is limited in one dimension problems, such as trusses, beams,
frames, flow of water in pipe, and flow of water through porous media. The
program is designed using MATLAB. The results of the program have been
compared with the analytical method and SAP 2000 student version which
provides small difference.
