CV.Arta Agung adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang penyewaan alatberat dan pekerjaan tanah. Karena sistem kerja yang kurang baik, maka munculpermasalahan-permasalahan. Penulis mencoba untuk membuat sistem kerja yangbaru. Sistem kerja yang baru dibuat dengan menggunakan acuan persyaratan dariISO 9001 : 2008. Pada sistem kerja yang baru dibuat struktur organisasi yang barulengkap dengan tugas dari masing-masing jabatan. Pada sistem kerja yang barujuga dibuat prosedur-prosedur yang menguraikan proses inti dan beberapa prosespendukung perusahaan. Proses inti terdiri dari Prosedur Tender, ProsedurPenyewaan Alat, Prosedur Pembuatan Surat Perjanjian, Prosedur Persiapan danMobilisasi Alat, Prosedur Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan, Prosedur PemeriksaanPekerjaan dan Serah Terima dan Prosedur Demobilisasi Alat. Proses pendukungyang dibuat prosedurnya meliputi Prosedur Pengelolaan Dokumen, ProsedurPengelolaan Keuangan, Prosedur Pengelolaan Suku Cadang, Prosedur PerawatanAlat, Prosedur Perbaikan Alat, dan Prosedur Inventaris Alat. Sistem kerja yangbaru dimaksudkan dapat memperbaiki dan meminimalkan permasalahan yangterjadi di perusahaan. Perbaikan sistem kerja juga dilakukan agar sistemmanajemen perusahaan dapat berjalan lebih efektif./ CV. Arta Agung is a company engaged in the field of heavy equipment rental and occupation of land. Companies supporting process consists document management procedures, Financial management procedures, management Spare Parts procedures, Maintenance Procedures, Equipment Repair Procedures, and Equipment Inventory Procedures. New work systems are intended to improve and minimize the problems occurring in the company. Repair work is also done so that the system of corporate management systems can be run more effectively.
