Abstract
Bencana banjir adalah suatu hal yang sering dialami di berbagai wilayah di
Indonesia, tidak terkecuali wilayah perkotaan. Untuk mencegah terjadinya banjir,
ada banyak cara yang dapat digunakan. Salah satunya adalah dengan perencanaan
sistem drainase perkotaan yang memadai. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan
perencanaan drainase perkotaan untuk wilayah Pluit yang diharapkan mampu
mencegah banjir dengan dasar perhitungan periode ulang hujan 25 tahun.
Perencanaan diawali dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan analisis hidrologi
terhadap curah hujan setempat. Dari hasil analisis hidrologi dapat disimpulkan,
bahwa distribusi curah hujan di wilayah Pluit cenderung menyerupai distribusi
Log Pearson Tipe III. Analisis intensitas hujan juga menghasilkan kesimpulan,
bahwa Metode Van Breen yang dihitung dengan Persamaan Talbot lebih cocok
untuk digunakan di wilayah Pluit.
Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah, bahwa untuk menanggulangi banjir dengan
periode ulang hujan 25 tahun diperlukan dua saluran dari beton dengan dimensi 4
m x 3.1 m (Pluit Permai) dan 4 m x 3.7 m (Pluit Indah). Untuk membuat kedua
saluran diperlukan biaya sekitar 2.2 milyar Rupiah./ Flood is one of disasters which often happens in many locations in Indonesia,
including in major cities. To prevent flood, a lot of ways are possible. One of them
is by designing a good urban drainage system. In this research, urban drainage
system is designed for Pluit area, which is expected to prevent flood with return
period of 25 years from happening.
Design is started by doing hydrologic analysis to the local rainfall frequency.
From the hydrologic analysis can be concluded that the rainfall distribution in
Pluit area is more similar to Log Pearson Type III distribution. From the rain
intensity analysis can also be concluded that Van Breen Method calculated using
Talbot Equation is more suited to be used for analysis in Pluit area.
The result of this research shows that preventing flood with return period of 25
years needs two drainages from concrete is needed with dimensions of 4 m x 3.1
m (Pluit Permai) and 4 m x 3.7 m (Pluit Indah). The estimated budget needed to
construct both these drainage is about 2.2 billion Rupiah.
