Abstract
Users of Social media is increasing and encouraging business to make a sale of business opportunities. Now lots of Instagram account that is no longer the private property as means of sharing pictures, but the accounts belonging to shopping online that selling various kinds of stuff. This experiment aims to see the communication behavior. The writer using the phenomenological and qualitative to helper sees these kinds of things. The results of this study revealed that communications on online shopping is a form of consumer behavior in the communications necessary for the condition and needs to buy stuffs.
