Abstract
Komodo Impian Wisata merupakan salah satu biro perjalanan wisata yang ada di Labuan Bajo. Komodo Impian Wisata menyediakan paket-paket wisata di Labuan Bajo. Tujuan dari laporan magang ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi performa penjualan dari tiap paket wisata yang disediakan dan apakah paket wisata yang disediakan sudah berorientasi kepada kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Laporan magang ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi responden untuk mendukung data yang didapatkan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dari ketiga paket wisata yang disediakan di Komodo Impian Wisata, terdapat satu paket yang performa penjualannya kurang maksimal./Komodo Impian Wisata is one of the travel agents in Labuan Bajo. Komodo Impian Wisata provides tour packages in Labuan Bajo. The purpose of this internship report is to identify the sales performance of each tour package provided and whether the tour packages provided are oriented to the needs and desires of consumers. This internship report uses a qualitative approach by interviewing and observing respondents to support the data obtained. The results of the analysis show that of the three tour packages provided at Komodo Impian Wisata, there is one package whose sales performance is less than optimal.
