Abstract
This study aims to know the influence of job satisfaction, job performance. remuneration and organizational commitment on turnover intention within SABH car firms. Human resource is the back bone and the representation of a company. During the selection of variables, these are the one chosen because the researcher would like to find out the relationship between the independent variables towards turnover intention. The data collection is done by manually distributing the questinnaires. The subject of this research are the sales department of Porsche Center Jakarta, BMW Bintaro, Mercedes Benz TB Simatupang, Honda Kebon Jeruk and Mazda Pondok Indah. Quantitive methods are used for this research that are validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypotheses test using F- test, T-test and coefficient of determination (R) test. Based on the result of this research, it can be proven that job satisfaction, job performance, remuneration and organizational commitment has a negative relationship with turnover intention.
