Abstract

Corruption is the actions of public officials, politicians and civil servants, as well as other parties involved improperly and illegally abusing the public trust that authorizes them to gain unilateral advantage. In while newspaper is a collection of daily information which usually consist of news, advertisements, announcements, articles, caricatures, editorial and others. The author examines the framing analysis on corruption cases Inspector General Djoko Susilo at kompas.com intend to see how the framing is done in reporting at kompas.com about corruption Djoko Susilo. This study uses content analysis of framing Robert N. Entman, with a qualitative approach. The results of research conducted by the author, find that kompas.com corruption case led fom framing analysis see Inspector General Djoko Susilo case as a legal issue.
