Abstract

Kartu kredit merupakan alat pembayaran yang sangat populer dewasa ini. Permintaan dan minat masyarakat yang tinggi merupakan salah satu alasan peningkatan yang sangat besar dalam industri kartu kredit. Strategi pemasaran perlu dianalisis lebih lanjut untuk mengembangkan industri tersebut. Analisis terhadap peluang dan persaingan yang ada akan disesuaikan dengan kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki. Hasil analisis ini akan digunakan untuk menilai kinerja perkembangan kartu kredit XYZ Bank yang sudah berjalan sepanjang tahun 2001 - 2003.
