Abstract
One form of business that fairly dominates is a family business. Family enterprise (family business) have a very large role in the world economy, so it has competition in all fields. It is aware of each company to determine its position in the competition and strive to develop forward through the planning of marketing strategies. One of the critical success factors in the marketing program is a promotion. Nowadays, the internet is supported with digital media becoming one of the most extensive resources and without limits. The amount of business, opportunities through the digital world makes many family businesses currently include ARRBEY, trying to develop a marketing strategy, namely by implementing digital and social media marketing. In the period of internship for 4 months, the author responsible and worked as a Marketing on Social Media in ARRBEY. The conclusion from observations during the internship process is that the science of marketing communication is the basis of reference in campaign activities and the use of digital marketing strategies. In the application of digital marketing, tools used is social media because social media has now become routine in the everyday life of society.
