Abstract

This study takes the Frozen as a movie about sisterhood. The purpose of this study is to find out how the characters Anna and Elsa in the Frozen movie teach the importance of maintaining sisterhood, especially the audience of children in general and to find out its function as mass media. This study uses qualitative analysis to explain how the attitudes and behavior of characters Anna and Elsa followed by the children. The film will be one of the media learning and playing a lot of interest by viewers of children. Thus, Frozen movie can add positives value as mass media. A qualitative approach used is based on the descriptive phenomenology of Husserl's philosophy.
