The aim of this study is to know whether the financing and investment decisions using debt-equity choice has significant impact on company. The data obtained using STATA 12, and the data used in this research start from 2013 to 2017 using data from plantation sector classified by IDX. Assets-in-Place can be defined as the securities, real estates, and properties that company owns. Assets-in-Place has a huge impact for financing and investment decisions in a company. The empirical results show that the relationship between using debt or equity for financing and investment decisions is negative. The result in this research shows a negative effect.
