Abstract

Beton merupakan salah satu material konstruksi yang paling banyak digunakan di Indonesia, baik untuk proyek bangunan gedung maupun infrastruktur. Salah satu jenis beton yang cukup praktis untuk digunakan dalam proyek-proyek besar adalah beton ready mix. Pada umumnya beton ready mix disediakan oleh supplier dari berbagai perusahaan. Supplier beton ready mix dengan kualitas yang kurang baik dapat mempengaruhi konsep penting dalam manajemen konstruksi mengenai biaya, mutu, dan waktu. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan supplier beton ready mix merupakan salah satu tahap penting dalam proses pengadaan beton ready mix. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dalam pemilihan supplier beton ready mix oleh perusahaan kontraktor, sehingga diharapkan perusahaan supplier dapat mengetahui apa yang perlu dikembangkan dari perusahaan mereka untuk memenuhi kriteria para kliennya di proyek konstruksi. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa survei yang dilengkapi dengan kuesioner dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Responden pada kuesioner penelitian ini merupakan pihak dalam perusahaan kontraktor yang terlibat langsung dalam pemilihan supplier beton ready mix. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisa menggunakan metode Delphi dan statistik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah kriteria-kriteria dalam pemilihan supplier beton ready mix, peringkat faktor dalam pemilihan supplier beton ready mix, serta faktor-faktor terpenting dalam pemilihan supplier beton ready mix, yaitu kemampuan pemenuhan terhadap jadwal yang telah ditentukan, kemudahan cara pembayaran, dan ketepatan jenis material. / Concrete is one of the most widely used construction materials in Indonesia, for both building and infrastructure projects. One type of concrete that is practical enough to be used in large projects is ready mix concrete. In general, ready mix concrete is provided by suppliers from various companies. Ready mix concrete supplier with poor quality can influence important concepts in construction management regarding cost, quality, and time. Therefore, the selection of ready mix concrete supplier is one of the important stages in the process of ready mix concrete procurement. This research was conducted with the aim to identify factors in choosing ready mix concrete supplier by contractor companies, so it is expected that supplier company can know what need to be developed from their company to fulfill criteria of its client in construction project. The strategy used in this research is a survey completed with questionnaires and interviews as a method of data collection. Respondents in this research questionnaire are parties in contractor companies that are directly involved in the selection of ready mix concrete suppliers. The data has been collected and analyzed using Delphi and statistic methods. The results obtained from this study are the criteria in the selection of ready mix concrete suppliers, factor ranking in the selection of ready mix concrete suppliers, as well as the most important factors in the selection of ready mix concrete suppliers, which is capability to meet decided schedules, ease of payment method, and accuracy of material types.
