Abstract

Bakso merupakan salah satu jenis makanan yang populer dan menjadi favorit di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Bakso dibuat dengan cara mencampur daging yang digiling hingga halus, diberi tambahan tepung dan perasa, lalu dibentuk bulat. Namun, mutu bakso yang banyak dipasarkan terkadang masih kurang sehat. Kegiatan PkM ini dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan Chickpeas sebagai pengganti daging dalam pembuatan bakso kepada para siswa dan guru di SMKP Puspa Wisata. Penulis berharap dengan diperkenalkannya Chickpeas ini, dapat menciptakan pola makan yang lebih sehat serta menjadi dasar untuk inovasi lainnya dari Chickpeas. PkM ini dilaksanakan secara online melalui platform Zoom. Hasil dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah peserta dapat mengenal kegunaan Chickpeas dan termotivasi untuk hidup lebih sehat. / Meatball is one of the most favorite and popular food in Indonesian society. Meatball is made by mixing ground meat with added flour and seasoning, and then rolled into a round shape. But, most of the meatballs that are sold in markets are unhealthy. This Community Service Activity is held to introduce Chickpeas as a substitute of meat in the making of meatball to the students and teachers of SMKP Puspa Wisata. Devotees hope that from this activity, participants can start doing a healthy eating habit and to create another innovation from Chickpeas. This Community Service Activity is held online via Zoom platform. The result of this activity is that the participants can start identifying benefit from Chickpeas dan have a motivation for healthier lifestyle.
