Abstract
The growth of online trading investment in the era of globalization increasingly getting tougher and are still in demand by the general public. The high of public interest to invest in online trading caused by the various advantages and the ease of which can be obtained through this business. In the investment world a company is required to be able to build trust and a positive image in the society. In this point, the role of Public relations is needed to maintain the communication between person with the organization, the organization with the organization, and the organization with the society. This internship report conclusion at PT. Kontakperkasa Futures concludes that the activities of Marketing Public Relations can be useful and effective in improving the negative image of the company due to rampant cases of emas bodong in 2013 until 2014. Proven by the increase of the customer number from marketing public relations activities undertaken.
