PT Awindo International is a leading frozen processed fish exporter in Indonesia. Though PT Awindo International has a good reputation between frozen processed fish exporter in Indonesia, PT Awindo International still need to expand their business abroad more than just via exporting their products. The growth of international trade has given a chance for PT Awindo International to expand its business by collaborating with their regular and trusted buyers. In this thesis will be discussed about PT Awindo International's internal and external environment using SWOT analysis and also analysing them to find out the most suitable collaborative arrangement opportunity for PT Awindo International.
