Abstract
Teacher plays an important role in determining the development and progress of a music school. Teacher has a huge responsibility because he is directly involved in every learning process of a student. In a music school, teacher directly deals with the students one by one as well as the parents. The teacher is then responsible for the progress of each of his students and reports the progress of learning progress to the parents. It can be said that the teacher is the core that is very instrumental for the progress of a music school. Therefore, teacher performance should be highly regarded given the enormous role of teachers. There are many factors that can affect the performance of teachers, including organizational commitment, work satisfaction, organizational learning and work motivation. This study aims to determine organizational commitment, teacher satisfaction, organizational learning and work motivation on the performance of teachers in WSMS Karawaci. The subjects of the study were 30 teachers. The research design used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with quantitative approach. The results obtained showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction affects the work performance of teachers positively as well as organizational learning and work motivation. / Guru merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat berperan penting dalam menentukan perkembangan dan kemajuan sebuah sekolah musik. Guru memiliki tanggung jawab yang sangat besar karena terlibat secara langsung dalam setiap proses pembelajaran dari awal hingga akhir. Di dalam sebuah sekolah musik, guru secara langsung berhadapan dengan murid satu per satu dan juga orang tua murid. Guru kemudian bertanggungjawab terhadap kemajuan setiap murid- muridnya dan melaporkan perkembangan belajar kepada masing- masing orang tua. Dapat dikatakan guru merupakan ujung tombak yang sangat berperan bagi kemajuan sebuah sekolah musik. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru harus sangat diperhatikan mengingat peran guru yang sangat besar. Terdapat banyak sekali faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru, diantarnya komitmen organisasi, kepuasan guru, pembelajaran organisasi dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komitmen organisasi, kepuasan guru, pembelajaran organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru- guru di WSMS Karawaci. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah 30 guru. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja guru secara positif begitu pula dengan pembelajaran organisasi dan motivasi kerja.
